1. What we collect

When you sign the NDA on rosepanel.io we collect your full legal name, title, email, phone, company name, state/country, the purpose you select, and any optional project notes. We also automatically record the IP address, user agent, page URL, and timestamp of submission to establish the audit trail for the electronic signature.

2. How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to (a) record your electronic signature, (b) deliver a countersigned copy of the NDA to your email, (c) schedule follow-up communication about a potential business relationship, and (d) satisfy our legal recordkeeping obligations.

3. Who can see it

Your NDA record is visible to authorized ROSE LLC personnel and to the platform operators of Biz Dev App (which provides the technical infrastructure for this site). We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except as required by law, in connection with the business relationship you've requested, or with service providers who help us operate the site under their own confidentiality obligations.

4. Retention

Signed NDAs and related contact information are retained for the duration of the agreement (five years) plus an additional two years for recordkeeping. You may request earlier deletion by emailing hello@rosepanel.io; we will honor the request unless the NDA itself is then-active.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of your record, ask us to correct it, or request deletion (subject to active-agreement obligations) by emailing hello@rosepanel.io.
