3. Patent and IP

The ROSE compute panel system is the subject of provisional patent applications. No license to any patent, trademark, copyright, or trade secret is granted by your use of this site. The ROSE name, logo, and product designs are the property of ROSE LLC.

4. NDA execution

If you sign the NDA on this site, the NDA's terms govern that relationship. By typing your legal name and clicking "I Agree & Sign," you consent to electronic signature under the E-SIGN Act and Texas UETA.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to access non-public areas of the site, scrape content beyond what robots.txt allows, submit false information on the NDA form, or use the site to defame or harass.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Exclusive venue for any dispute is Harris County, Texas.
