Your relationship to the building

A commitment can come from an owner, or from a tenant who controls its own space. If you manage or represent, we will loop the owner in with you.

How much spare electrical service does it have?

This is the number that decides everything, and almost nobody knows it off the top of their head. Pick whichever of these costs you the least effort. Any of them is enough to start.
