The site provides marketing information about the ROSE compute panel system and a mechanism to sign a mutual non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreement to initiate a business relationship.

2. Geen garantie

De informatie op deze site wordt verstrekt "as is" voor informatieve doeleinden. Specificaties, toepassingen en batenramingen zijn illustratief en kunnen wijzigen. Niets op deze site vormt een bindend aanbod of een garantie voor een specifiek resultaat.

3. Patenten en IP

The ROSE compute panel system is the subject of provisional patent applications. No license to any patent, trademark, copyright, or trade secret is granted by your use of this site. The ROSE name, logo, and product designs are proprietary and are being assigned to ROSE COMPUTE LLC.

4. NDA-uitvoering

Als u de NDA op deze site ondertekent, gelden de voorwaarden van de NDA voor die relatie. Door uw juridische naam in te voeren en op "I Agree & Sign" te klikken, stemt u in met elektronische ondertekening onder de E-SIGN Act en Texas UETA.

5. Acceptabel gebruik

U stemt ermee in niet te proberen toegang te krijgen tot niet-openbare delen van de site, inhoud te scrapen buiten wat robots.txt toestaat, valse informatie in te dienen op het NDA-formulier, of de site te gebruiken om te difameren of te pesten.

6. Toepasselijk recht
