About ROSE

Every building already cleared the four gates a data center spends years clearing.

Land, power, permitting, interconnect. A building that is already standing has cleared all four, and the surface area on it is producing nothing. ROSE is the panel that changes that.

What we build

ROSE is a building integrated distributed compute platform. Each panel is a structural element that houses ruggedized compute cassettes, cooled by an integrated thermal loop, carrying power, data, control and coolant through a protected pathway in a mechanical interlock at the panel edge. Panels set on rails and self leveling pedestals over a roof, a parking deck, a walkway or a facade.

The panel consumes power. It does not generate it. What it produces is compute capacity on a surface a traditional data center cannot reach, in a place where the power, the fiber and the structure are already sitting there unused.

Cassettes are serviceable through a weather sealed hatch without removing the panel, and the panels adjacent to the one being serviced keep running. The architecture is deliberately agnostic: on the compute payload, on the cooling method, on the power source and on the surface type. That is a design doctrine, not a feature list, and it is what keeps a deployment from being obsolete the day a new accelerator ships.

Leadership

A small team by design. The people below carry the invention, the build, the money and the schedule. Additional invention contributors and operating partners support the program and are described collectively at their request.

The technical bench

The engineering and manufacturing capability behind ROSE is in place and ready to move on a deployment decision. It is not a hiring plan.

Aerospace grade engineering

Senior engineers whose careers ran through crewed and uncrewed space programs, engaged and available to the build. Thermal, structural and electrical, on hardware that has to survive environments far less forgiving than a rooftop.

Contract electronics manufacturing

A Houston based manufacturing partner motivated to build the first prototype with us and to take the production work that follows. Prototype to pilot run without changing partners or requalifying a supply chain.

Component sourcing and design support

An active line into a top tier electronics distributor with an in house engineering arm that provides design and sourcing support for the bill of materials. Real lead times and real prices, not catalog estimates.

Field installation and construction

Installation methodology, crew qualification, structural and roofing feasibility, estimating and permitting, held by operating partners with a decade of commercial retrofit work behind them.

Orchestration and telemetry

The workload dispatch layer, metering, signed telemetry and the digital twin record are built on our own platform rather than licensed in, which is what allows a deployment to be settled and audited per panel.

Patent and prior art

A filed provisional with a locked priority date, a completed prior art scan, an assembled non provisional package, and a claim by claim inventorship record. The IP work is done, not planned.
